What we collect
When you use a booking form, you give us your name, mobile number, preferred car type, dates and an optional message. We do not collect anything else through this website.
How your details reach us
When you send a booking form, your details are emailed to our inbox through the Web3Forms service, and WhatsApp opens on your device with the same details filled in — nothing is sent on WhatsApp until you press send there.
How we use them
Only to reply to your enquiry and manage your booking. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
Documents at pickup
Your Aadhaar card and driving licence are checked in person at pickup to verify your identity and that you are licensed to drive.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own site. The Google map loads only if you click “Show interactive map”, after which Google’s own privacy policy applies.
